HELEN JONES SHARES IRISH LEAD GOING INTO FINAL ROUND - NEWS RELEASE FROM IRISH LADIES GOLF UNION
Defending Irish Open Champion Minna Kaarnalahti and current Irish Close Champion Helen Jones (Royal Portrush) lead the field going into the final round of the 54 hole Irish Senior Women’s Open Strokeplay at Royal Belfast, Thursday 13 September.

Next best is local favourite Marilyn Henderson after she carded a best-of-the-day 76 in the most trying of conditions and Seniors International Sheena McElroy (Grange) who also joined her in joint second after a steady 81.

Autumn Meeting Draw at Hilton Park

Please check your time for the Autumn Meeting on Wednesday at Hilton Park. I have had quite a number of withdrawals and as such I have had to revamp the draw to try not to have 2 balls in the middle of the field.  Your times don't vary to much from the original draw, and I apologise for having to alter them.  Hopefully Wednesday will be a dry and sunny day and I look forward to seeing you all.  Any queries, please contact me.

AUTUMN MEETING DRAW AT HILTON PARK

AUTUMN MEETING
Hilton Park G.C.(Allander Course) – September 5th

Below is the draw for the Autumn Meeting on September 5th and I look forward to seeing you all on what, I hope will be a nice sunny and dry day!
Know travelling to Hilton Park is quite a long way for some of you, I have tried to organise the draw to take this into account. The golf season seems to have gone by very quickly, perhaps due to the amount of wet, miserable weather we have had over the last couple of months, but I hope September will brighten up and we can enjoy some pleasant autumn weather.
