Louise Kenney (Pitreavie) and Paul Shields (Kirkhill) lived up to their billing of pre-tournament favourites to win the Scottish Golf Open Amateur Mixed Foursomes title at Haggs Castle Golf Club today (Sunday 12 September). Their terrific round of 71 --- 2 under the women's SS and 1 under the Men's SS won them the coveted title.West Vet Jennifer Mack (the Haggs Castle Ladies Captain) and her son, Gavin Mack (pictured above) had four birdies and an eagle three in their round of 73 and pipped the 2008 Champions, Karen Marshall and Stephen Marshall to the runners up spot on the better inward half.
