Alex Glennie and May Hughes -- The 2010 West Vets FinalistsThe Matchplay stages of the West Vets Championships were played today over Renfrew Golf Club in yet again "Wet conditions".
Top seed May Hughes continued her good run of form with wins against Suzanne Cadden and the 2009 Champion Helen Faulds to reach the final against Alex Glennie. This is the repeat final from 2008 in which May was the winner on that occasion
Maureen Rennie from Douglas Park the 2009 holder of the Bronze Trophy has managed to reach the final again and now meets Jane Thomson from Whitecraigs
